Four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles emerge from the shadows to save New York City from a gang of criminal ninjas.
Through contact with a mysterious substance, called ooze, 4 small turtles in a New York canal mutate into giant tortoises. They can talk, walk upright and like pizza.
